Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your EL&N experience, but due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable merchandise and packaged retail items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our guest services team within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Process

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our safety and quality return criteria.

    Return Shipment

    For eligible non-perishable retail goods, securely package the items in their original condition and send them back to our central London hub.

    Refund Processing

    Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement directly to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
